ALATHEIA CO-FOUNDERS

Dale Walley, with 20 years experience, served with a leading East Coast contract-flooring corporation and as a commercial carpet mill representative for 5 years prior to helping launch Alatheia Interiors. His client experiences include projects for Nortel Networks, Burroughs-Wellcome (now Glaxo, Smith, Kline), Progress Energy and the Seventh Day Adventist Church. His expertise and strength in project management continues to be a valuable asset to general contractors and end users alike.

Dale is responsible for the development and administration of national contracts with major church denominations, including the World Headquarters Building renovation for the Seventh Day Adventists. His experience with educational, health-care and senior living institutions gives him the skill-set required to aid church denominations interested in developing retirement centers and schools.

Dale serves as President with estimating and project management oversight responsibilities. 

Emil Dovan entered the carpet industry in 1977 as an employee of Textile Credit Corporation, where he performed financial duties for the company. Joining a top commercial carpet mill, known for innovation and quality in 1979, he became a top producer in commercial sales. Throughout his 30+ years of carpet industry experience, Emil has been involved in many prestigious projects including The Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill, NC, Madison Square Garden in New York City, General Telephone Regional Headquarters in Durham, NC and, The Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, a National Award Winning project in Raleigh, NC.

Emil is uniquely qualified and 2,000 church projects and thousands of commercial projects later, he serves as CFO and Marketing Director for Alatheia Interiors. 


ALATHEIA ASSOCIATES

Patrick O’Malley [FLORIDA] joined Alatheia in 2005 and currently serves as a limited partner. Pat’s responsibilities include project development and management within the state of Florida.  A University of Tennessee alumnus, Pat was factory trained at a carpet mill in Georgia where he later entered into a sales position.  Chapter two of Pat’s career led him to own his own company that he developed into a major player in the South Florida market.

Among his notable projects are the Miami Children’s Hospital, the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged, the Miami Jackson Hospital, the University of Miami, Miami Dade Junior College, Florida International University, the Sonesta Hotel, and the Palm Beach City Hall.

Pat leverages his expertise and 30 years of experience in the flooring business, to be a major influence with Alatheia’s church clients and general contractors. 

Paul Moon [NEW JERSEY] served on a committee of an Alatheia client church, was impressed by how Alatheia does business and subsequently asked to join Alatheia as a sales associate.  Paul is proficient in Korean, English and American Sign Language and serves the growing Asian-American community.  He has expertise in electrical engineering and computer technology.  He combines his technical aptitude with his management experience to help guide clients through complex projects, from concept to fully operational status.  His 20+ years experience in education helps him communicate with all types of individuals and committees. 

 Tanny Wright [NORTH CAROLINA] serves Alatheia in a unique way by contributing as a part time sales person, while he is developing an inner city church in Greensboro, NC.  Tanny has assisted numerous churches get established and grow when working with a small operating budget. 

Ben McIndoe [NORTH CAROLINA] entered the carpet industry in 1980 with one of the oldest and largest mills in the U.S. as a Territory Manager.  As a top producer, he moved his way up the ranks to become Commercial Marketing Manager with an $80 million product line.  His responsibility included developing new products while managing existing lines and formulating presentations to Fortune 500 executives. 

He is involved in preparing youth for leadership positions in life, mentoring youth, high school speech and debate and politics.  Ben serves as a consultant to Alatheia in our commercial division.

Jonathan LeFavour  [MASSACHUSETTS] serves as Alatheia’s Northeast representative.  He is well versed in the growing trend toward the “Willow Creek” style of worship and is very gifted in the electronic needs of today’s churches. He possesses a unique set of skills in real estate finance and helps churches apply solid stewardship principles to their projects.

Jennifer Brock  [OREGON] focuses on business development and project administration out of the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington and Northern California.
