Our tried and true process is the same whether we’re doing a renovation or new build. The Alatheia Process consists of  3 distinct phases and is what allows us to efficiently complete each project.

DISCOVERY PHASE We've been doing this a long time... we know what's involved and we know the questions to ask to help you determine the best options for your project. We take a methodical approach in our customer consultations that allow us to quickly develop job parameters needed to provide a proposal... you get to sit back and relax in confidence that everything is being taken care of.

PROPOSAL PHASE Our many years of experience, in the church renovations/construction industry, have allowed us to develop numerous factory-direct relationships, as well as strong relationships with many loyal suppliers and service providers within the various disciplines. These valuable relationships benefit our customers as we are better able to procur the best products and services to meet their renovation or new construction objectives, than they would be on their own.

Our proposals come back to you complete with pricing, implementation schedules and projected completion date. Once all details are fine-tuned and to your liking, you get to once again sit back and relax while we get the job under way.

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE At our direction, our conscientious team of professionals take the approved plans through to successful completion, making your project a reality. Our project managers maintain close control over every aspect of the job, making certain that time sensitive tasks are completed per your schedule. As the project nears completion, we perform a "punch list" walk-through of final details needing attention. Your final walk-through occurs when we have completed the project and provides yet another opportunity to "catch" any details we may have missed.
